Current Trends in Armenia’s Real Estate Market
Economist Suren Parsyan writes that due to the pandemic and the post-war situation, Armenia is witnessing a decline in purchasing power, a phenomenon that is having an impact on the real estate market.
Suren Parsyan is a PhD candidate of economics, an associate professor at the Armenian State University of Economics and a lawyer. Parsyan heads the economic research department of the Hrayr Maroukhian Foundation. His professional interests include macro and micro economic policy, anti-monopoly mechanisms, tax policy, pension reform, energy system-tariffs, public debt management and mining.
