In April, we published stories spanning a wide spectrum of topics reflecting on Armenia’s political, cultural and social realities. From how successive governments have framed the Armenian Genocide in foreign policy, to the state of humanitarian aid for the forcibly displaced population of Nagorno-Karabakh, to concerns over potential Russian interference in Armenia’s upcoming parliamentary elections featured in our monthly security briefing. Other stories explored themes of women, peace, and art, including how one organization is tackling domestic violence. Our columnists offered powerful insights and perspectives, while our lifestyle section, SALT, looked at memory and tradition through a contemporary lens, plus, we debuted our first-ever cocktail review.
