Sevan is a researcher with the Defense-Industrial Initiatives Group at the Center for Strategic & International Studies. He also serves as a junior fellow with the Cyber Program at the Middle East Institute.
He graduated from George Washington University's Elliott School of International Affairs with a focus on security policy in 2018. He is a longtime observer of technology policy, with a particular interest in defense innovation. In the past, he has conducted research with the Office of the Secretary of Defense and Defense Innovation Board.
