Anush Vardanyan – screenwriter, writer, lecturer, artist She was born in Leningrad (now Saint Petersburg) in 1967 in the family of an architect. In 1977, she moved with her father to Yerevan, where she graduated from school in 1983. After returning to Russia, she studied at the St. Petersburg Theater Academy (history and theory of theater), at the University of Cinema and Television (film directing). In 2011, she studied with the USA at NYFA. (New York Film Academy). She worked at the film studios "Lenfilm", "Lendok. Open studio". Screenwriter of the films "Street Racers", "Reverse Motion" (Kinotavr Prize for the best screenplay in 2010) "Vasilisa", "72 hours" and 30 others. Author of several books, including "Wax", "My dad is Shoemaker and Don Corleone", "Paper Weasels". As an artist, he participates in art exhibitions. A large author's project-the exposition "Volleyball on Sretenka" based on the song by Yuri Vizbor was presented to the audience in the spring-summer of 2019 in Moscow at the Cinema Museum. Participates in educational programs of the Propp Center in St. Petersburg.
Currently, she works at the National Film Center of Armenia as a participant of the IGOROTS program.
