Hovsep Patvakanyan is the head of the Investment Council of Armenia supported by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics, as well as degrees from Central European University and Stockholm University of Economics. Since 2017, Patvakanyan has worked in the capacity of economist consultant on various projects by the UN, Good Governance Fund, German Federal Foreign Office, Swedish International Development Agency, Jacobs, Cordova & Associates. Patvakanyan is also the CEO of Invest in Armenia, where he leads the development of the Invest in AM platform, which bridges investment offers with potential investors, as well as export products with potential buyers.
