In EVN Report’s news roundup for the week of October 14: The advance group of the European Civilian Monitoring Mission arrives in Yerevan; French President Emmanuel Macron accuses Russia of stoking the Armenia-Azerbaijani conflict as part of an effort to destabilize the South Caucasus; at the Summit of CIS leaders in Astana, PM Nikol Pashinyan says that the risk of a new aggression by Azerbaijan remains high while Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev says that if important points in the November 2020 ceasefire statement are not implemented, they will have no choice but to take “adequate action”.
