Tamara Grigoryan, who lived and worked in Karvachar for a decade and who now lives in Stepanakert asks a fundamental question: Are we going to live in Artsakh as the owners of the homeland or not?
Tamara Grigoryan graduated from the Faculty of Journalism at Yerevan State University with a master's degree. She has been a correspondent for various media outlets, addressing cultural, social and educational issues. In 2012-2020, Tamara lived in Karvachar, Artsakh, where she was involved in a number of educational programs. In August 2022, Tamara moved to Stepanakert. She continues to write about Artsakh, addressing educational and cultural issues.
