Davit Petrosyan is a Fulbright scholar from Armenia, currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Affairs with a specialization in National Security and Diplomacy at the Bush School of Government and Public Service, Texas A&M University. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Master’s degree in National Security from Yerevan State University.

Davit serves as the project coordinator and fundraising manager at Aliq Media Armenia. Previously, he worked as an assistant to the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia. He is also the co-founder and chair of the Board of Trustees of the Restart Civic-Youth Foundation, where he has spearheaded numerous initiatives for youth empowerment and civil society development.

A dedicated advocate for reform, Davit has held fellowships focused on enhancing Armenia’s higher education system, military institutions, and security services. During his university years, he co-initiated student movements such as "We Demand Our Discounts!" and "For the Development of Science" and was an active member of the 2018 "Reject Serzh" civic initiative, contributing to Armenia’s peaceful revolution.

During his military service in the Republic of Artsakh, Davit served as a senior sergeant, and also participated in the 2016 and 2020 Artsakh wars. He was awarded the Nelson Stepanyan Medal by Armenia’s Ministry of Defense for his participation in military operations.

His contributions to civil society and youth leadership have been widely recognized. Davit is the recipient of several honors, including the Universal Rights Award, the Youth Leader Award, and the Civil Society Award from the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum.
